Reserve a whole Hudson Valley duck, a pre-order-only dry aged duck crown, or a heritage whole chicken for the holidays, picked up at the TBT Acres stand at Atlas Park.

  1. Pick what you'd like below.
  2. Choose the market and day you'll pick up (through December).
  3. We email you a confirmation now, and again when your order is packed and ready under your name.

Payment is due at pickup: nothing is charged online, you pay at the stand when you pick up. Orders close several days ahead so we can bring your order in from the farm; you will see the deadline when you pick a date.
